parent and family support
COVEY's Parent and Family Support Projects operate in specific areas of South and North Lanarkshire and offer a range of individualised PATHWAYS, through these projects, for parent/carers who have children aged 8-18.
We work with parents or principle carers to build on their strengths by supporting them to achieve their goals. COVEY's Parent Pathways builds supportive relationships with families, helping to remove any barriers within their lives and providing support to enable them to achieve their true potential.
What COVEY can provide:
One to one weekly contact by phone or face-to-face
Monthly peer support groups
Support to access financial advice
Links to voluntary and statutory agencies
COVEY offers safe and trusting relationships where parents and carers are supported to access resources specific to their needs. By providing support to parents or carers, the wider family is positively impacted.
